Design Situation and Brief: I read the design brief and I learn't the recipe.
Investigating: I read the recipe and looked into what I had to do to make the cupcakes. I also practiced cooking the cupcakes at home.
Designing: I looked into what ways I wanted to decorate my cupcakes, I also looked into what types and colours of icing I'd use and what toppings I'd put on my cupcakes.
Processing: I made the cupcakes in the cooking room 51 at school. Some of the methods I used were mixing, sifting, stirring, measuring and decorating.
Evaluating: I asked myself if everyone would want to eat my cupcakes, because of taste and looks. I also asked myself whether I would be able to make and decorate my cupcakes in 30 minutes.
